National Consistent Payments (NCP) Updates – Semester 1, 2026

Key updates include:

  • Indexed NCP payment rates:

    • From Semester 1, 2026, all NCP payments (supervisor, practice, registrar, and salary support) will be indexed annually.

    • Updated rates are available in the NCP payment tables.

  • ACRRM training term sub-types:

    • Payments for supervisors and practices will now be determined according to ACRRM training term sub-types.

    • Details are included in the relevant payment sections of the NCP documentation.

  • GP Training Incentive Payments:

    • High-level information has been added about GP Training Incentive Payments, which support registrars.

    • Policies cover eligibility, payment rates, and processes for these incentives.
