Priority Aged Care Support Expanded for Older Australians with MND

Who can receive priority support?
Priority access is available to people with MND who:
- Already have approval for ongoing Support at Home or AT-HM funding
- Receive approval for ongoing Support at Home or AT-HM funding in the future
If you are unsure whether your MND diagnosis was included in your aged care assessment, contact your assessment organisation to confirm.
Diagnosed after an aged care assessment?
People diagnosed with MND after their assessment who are waiting for funding can contact My Aged Care to request a reassessment.
For further assistance, seek support from an aged care advocate.
